Ingredients
1 mug boiled potatoes, mashed
1 mug flour salted with hot water
A little bunch of new parsley
Process
1. Mix up the mashed potatoes with the flour. Take concern not to massage the flour otherwise the dumplings would sink.
2. Form the dough into small balls.
3. At this time put the balls in a kettle filled along with salted boiling water.
4. Just when they rise to the top, boil for an additional 10 minutes. Use up and spray fresh parsley leaves on top.
5. Eliminate and serve up hot.
