
1) Don’t ditch your sun protection needs. Continue using sun protection creams during winter as well to save little one’s cheek from sun-burn
2) Boost your kid’s immune system. Add vitamin C, green veggies and antioxidants in their diet.
3) Opt for softer woollies and water-proof layered clothing. It will keep your kid warm, dry and comfortable throughout the day.
4) Kids hardly feel thirsty during this season. So make sure they consume sufficient water and other liquids. Piping hot, healthy and delicious soups and milk drinks are one of the best, we’d say!
